I had an all-or-nothing mentality and was a chronic binger and starver since my teens.

It was exhausting drastically gaining and losing 20 pounds every year. At only 5’2 it’s noticeable to fluctuate that type of weight so frequently and it does things to your mind.

At the beginning of working with Ashley, I questioned nearly everything, especially the logic of “eating more.” When I saw the scale go up at first, I nearly quit.

But, I didn’t.

I worked with Ashley consistently for an entire year and my whole mindset with food and exercise shifted for the first time in my life.

It has now been a year since I’ve worked with her but by implementing what what she taught me consistently my weight has never fluctuated back those 20 pounds.

I went from 142 to 126 and it has been sustainable.
It is pretty simple when you think about it – daily steps, throw weights around for 15-20 min a few times a week and hit my protein consistently.
I’m not deprived, I enjoy pizza and ice cream weekly and when I fall off I get right back on track.

I have had the privilege of working with Ashley, since February 2021, and I couldn't be happier with the results and support I've received throughout my journey. In the first several months of my training with Ashley, I discovered I was pregnant.

During my pregnancy, Ashley tailored our workouts and nutrition plans to ensure the health and well-being of both myself and my baby.

"I went from weekly steroids to none for 5 months and counting."

I decided in December 2022 that I needed to make some serious changes in my life after a rough year of being diagnosed with 3 different types of autoimmune diseases.

I reached out to Ashley in March of 2023 to see if she could help me. I’ve been a long-time follower of hers on IG.

When I reached out to her I had been living on high doses of steroids almost weekly and was on the verge of being put on a chemotherapy drug called Methotrexate.

I explained to Ashley what my goals were and was praying that she could help me. I joined in April and was weaning off steroids and within 3 weeks my inflammation and pain were nearly gone and I was 5lbs lighter.

By my one-month anniversary, I  was still off steroids and I saw my Rheumatologist and all my labs were normal for the first time in a year.

He asked what I was doing differently and I told him, his response was don’t stop and keep going. I was down 8lbs at this point.
I’m now in my 5th month and I haven’t needed my steroids at all.

I come from a family of diabetics and I also have Crohn's disease. I have learned through this program that if I eat a well-balanced meal and do not overeat, I do not suffer from Crohn's pains AND I am not on any meds for the disease.

That was the reason for my journey, but feeling good about myself and not being self-conscious in shorts is also a HUGE win! I started at 157 and I just weighed myself at 148.

Is 1 on 1 right for me?

It works if you work it. 

But you have to be willing to put in the work and do the best that you can with each day given. 

If this is done, then you can expect to get exactly what you’re looking for. 

If that’s fat loss, getting stronger, creating habits that you’re able to sustain, enjoying life events without feeling like you’ve blown your plan and/or learning how to be a good example for everyone in your circle.

This is not a quick fix, so I do ask that you commit to yourself, to your coach and to the program for at least 6 months. 

If you do this then you will get exactly what you’re looking for physically, mentally and emotionally.
